目的：分析分娩时不同疼痛程度的影响因素及妊娠结局。方法选择190例产妇作为研究对象，采用自制调查问卷法调查分娩潜伏期、活跃期疼痛程度相关因素；并评价分娩疼痛对妊娠结局的影响。结果潜伏期产妇轻度疼痛51例（26 U.8％），中度疼痛139例（73.2％），疼痛程度与年龄、产次、分娩认知、夫妻感情相关（χ2=86.150、22.367、12.882、46.494 P ＜0.05）；活跃期产妇中度疼痛97例（51.1％），重度疼痛93例（48.9％），疼痛程度与心理准备、情绪自控能力相关（χ2=33.767、56.746， P ＜0.05）。潜伏期轻度疼痛产妇剖宫产率、胎儿窘迫发生率显著低于中度疼痛产妇（χ2=11.087、13.243， P ＜0.05）；活跃期中度疼痛产妇产后出血率、剖宫产率、胎儿窘迫发生率均显著低于重度疼痛产妇（χ2=9.631、9.621、8.114， P ＜0.05）。结论缓解产妇分娩疼痛能够有效改善妊娠结局，提高新生儿出生质量。

목적：분석분면시불동동통정도적영향인소급임신결국。방법선택190례산부작위연구대상，채용자제조사문권법조사분면잠복기、활약기동통정도상관인소；병평개분면동통대임신결국적영향。결과잠복기산부경도동통51례（26 U.8％），중도동통139례（73.2％），동통정도여년령、산차、분면인지、부처감정상관（χ2=86.150、22.367、12.882、46.494 P ＜0.05）；활약기산부중도동통97례（51.1％），중도동통93례（48.9％），동통정도여심리준비、정서자공능력상관（χ2=33.767、56.746， P ＜0.05）。잠복기경도동통산부부궁산솔、태인군박발생솔현저저우중도동통산부（χ2=11.087、13.243， P ＜0.05）；활약기중도동통산부산후출혈솔、부궁산솔、태인군박발생솔균현저저우중도동통산부（χ2=9.631、9.621、8.114， P ＜0.05）。결론완해산부분면동통능구유효개선임신결국，제고신생인출생질량。
Objective To analyzes the influencing factors of labor pain degree and the outcome of pregnancy .Metho-ds Selected 190 cases of pregnant women as the research object , using self-made questionnaire survey method to investigate delivery latency and active period pain degree 's related factors;and to evaluate the effect of childbirth pain on pregnancy out-come.Results Latency maternal mild pain were found in 51 cases (26.8%), moderate pain were found in 139 cases (73.2%), pain severity degree were related with age , parity, birth of cognition, feelings of couples (χ2 =86.150, 22.367, 12.882, 46.494, P <0.05);active period of maternal pain were found in 97 cases (51.1%), severe pain were found in 93 cases (48.9%), pain severity degree were related with psychological preparation , emotional self-control (χ2 =33.767, 56.746, P <0.05).The incubation period with mild pain's maternal cesarean section rate, incidence of fetal distress was sig-nificantly lower than that of moderate pain (χ2 =11.087, 13.243, P <0.05);the active period with moderate pain 's postpar-tum hemorrhage rate , cesarean section rate , incidence of fetal distress were significantly lower than those of severe pain (χ2 =9.631, 9.621, 8.114, P <0.05).Conclusion To relieve the labor pain can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome and improve the quality of neonates .
