目的：探讨结直肠碰撞瘤（ CRCT ）的临床病理特征。方法对1例CRCT患者的临床资料进行分析，并行组织学观察、免疫组化和基因检测，进而复习相关文献，回顾性分析国内外11例CRCT情况。结果 CRCT以高龄（＞65岁）男性患者多见，临床表现无特殊，术前诊断率低，最后诊断需病理检查与免疫组化检查，基因分析有助诊断。病理特点为同一部位出现2个不同组织类型的肿瘤结合，瘤组织间无移行和混合，有各自的转移途经，以腺癌和恶性淋巴瘤的碰撞多见。治疗以手术为主，辅以化疗、放疗。结论 CRCT在临床中罕见，诊断、治疗均困难，预后较差，临床需要提高认识，相关的临床病理特点有待进一步总结。
목적：탐토결직장팽당류（ CRCT ）적림상병리특정。방법대1례CRCT환자적림상자료진행분석，병행조직학관찰、면역조화화기인검측，진이복습상관문헌，회고성분석국내외11례CRCT정황。결과 CRCT이고령（＞65세）남성환자다견，림상표현무특수，술전진단솔저，최후진단수병리검사여면역조화검사，기인분석유조진단。병리특점위동일부위출현2개불동조직류형적종류결합，류조직간무이행화혼합，유각자적전이도경，이선암화악성림파류적팽당다견。치료이수술위주，보이화료、방료。결론 CRCT재림상중한견，진단、치료균곤난，예후교차，림상수요제고인식，상관적림상병리특점유대진일보총결。
Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of colorectal collision tumor ( CRCT ) . Method Analyzed the clinical data of 1 patients with CRCT, histology, immunohistochemistry and gene detection were per-formed, and then review the relevant literature , retrospective analysis the 11 cases of domestic and foreign CRCT .Result Elderly (>65 years old ) male patients were more common in CRCT , without specific clinical features , preoperative diagnosis rate is low, the final diagnosis relied on pathological examination and immunohistochemical examination , gene analysis is help-ful in the diagnosis .The pathological characteristics was 2 different tissue types ’ tumor in the same parts , transitional and mixed tumor , metastasis via respective , collision of adenocarcinoma and malignant lymphoma .Operation is the main treatment method, combined with chemotherapy, radiotherapy.Conclusion It proved that the CRCT is rare, diagnosis and treatment are difficult, the prognosis is poor;the understanding of this disease is needed to be improved , clinical and pathological fea-tures of this disease is needed to be summarized .
