目的：探讨与分析整体护理在心内科优质护理中的应用效果。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治心内科患者100例，随机分为试验组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用传统的护理方法，试验组采用整体护理干预，分析与比较两组患者的满意度和健康教育知晓率。结果：试验组患者的临床满意度和健康教育知晓率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对心内科患者采用整体护理干预，为患者提供优质护理，可以明显提高患者的临床满意度及健康教育知晓率。

목적：탐토여분석정체호리재심내과우질호리중적응용효과。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치심내과환자100례，수궤분위시험조화대조조，각50례。대조조채용전통적호리방법，시험조채용정체호리간예，분석여비교량조환자적만의도화건강교육지효솔。결과：시험조환자적림상만의도화건강교육지효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대심내과환자채용정체호리간예，위환자제공우질호리，가이명현제고환자적림상만의도급건강교육지효솔。
Objective:To explore the application effect of holistic nursing care in high quality nursing care of internal medicine-cardiovascular department.Methods:100 patients were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the experimental group was given nursing intervention.We compared the satisfaction and awareness rate of health education of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the clinical satisfaction and health education awareness rate were obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention for patients in the department of cardiology and providing quality care for patients can significantly improve the clinical satisfaction and health education awareness rate.
