目的：研究分析胃癌患者围手术期外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)及 NK 细胞(CD16+CD56+)表达水平，探讨其临床意义。方法：采用流式细胞学检测69例胃癌患者术前及术后7天及35例健康者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)及NK细胞(CD16+CD56+)表达水平。结果：健康者与胃癌患者对比，胃癌患者手术后7天与手术前对比，Ⅰ、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌患者对比，其外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK表达水平较胃癌患者高，CD8+较胃癌患者低，差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。而中分化癌组患者与低分化癌组比较，二者之间的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：胃癌患者较健康者，其机体的免疫功能较低，胃癌患者术后1周，其机体的免疫功能较术前有提高，病理分期越晚，患者机体的免疫功能状况越差，但其肿瘤分化程度与机体的免疫功能关系不明显。

목적：연구분석위암환자위수술기외주혈 T 림파세포아군(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)급 NK 세포(CD16+CD56+)표체수평，탐토기림상의의。방법：채용류식세포학검측69례위암환자술전급술후7천급35례건강자외주혈T림파세포아군(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)급NK세포(CD16+CD56+)표체수평。결과：건강자여위암환자대비，위암환자수술후7천여수술전대비，Ⅰ、Ⅱ기여Ⅲ、Ⅳ기위암환자대비，기외주혈CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK표체수평교위암환자고，CD8+교위암환자저，차이존재통계학의의(P＜0.05)。이중분화암조환자여저분화암조비교，이자지간적차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：위암환자교건강자，기궤체적면역공능교저，위암환자술후1주，기궤체적면역공능교술전유제고，병리분기월만，환자궤체적면역공능상황월차，단기종류분화정도여궤체적면역공능관계불명현。
Objective:To research and analyze the expression levels of the T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+) and NK cells (CD16+CD56+) in the gastric cancer patients' peripheral blood ,and to explore its clinical significance.Methods:We used flow cytometry to detect 69 cases of patients with gastric cancer before and after 7 days and 35 cases of healthy peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+) and NK cells (CD16+CD56+) expression levels.Results:Healthy subjects and patients with gastric contrast,seven days in patients after gastric surgery and pre-operative contrast,(Ⅰ,Ⅱ phase) and (Ⅲ Ⅳ period) in patients with gastric contrast,peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,NK expression levels higher than the patients with gastric cancer,and CD8 + lower than the patients with gastric cancer.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The differentiated cancer patients compared with poorly differentiated carcinoma group,the difference is obvious,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gastric cancer patients compared with healthy subjects,the immune functiona is lower,postoperative gastric cancer patients a week,the body's immune function has improved compared with the preoperative,and the staging the later,the body's immune function situation worse,however,the degree of tumor differentiation and body immune function relationship is not obvious.
