目的：：探讨中医护理临床路径在骨痿性胸腰椎压缩性骨折非手术治疗患者的应用效果。方法：选择2012年1月~2013年6月非手术治疗的骨痿性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者80例为研究对象，随机等分为试验组和对照组，试验组采用中医护理临床路径，对照组采用常规治疗和护理；通过疗效、住院天数、住院费用、患者满意度等指标比较两组的应用效果。结果：患者住院天数、住院费用和患者满意度等指标比较，试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中医护理临床路径在骨痿性胸腰椎压缩性骨折非手术治疗患者的应用效果满意，且减少了住院天数，降低了住院费用，值得临床推广。
목적：：탐토중의호리림상로경재골위성흉요추압축성골절비수술치료환자적응용효과。방법：선택2012년1월~2013년6월비수술치료적골위성흉요추압축성골절환자80례위연구대상，수궤등분위시험조화대조조，시험조채용중의호리림상로경，대조조채용상규치료화호리；통과료효、주원천수、주원비용、환자만의도등지표비교량조적응용효과。결과：환자주원천수、주원비용화환자만의도등지표비교，시험조우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：중의호리림상로경재골위성흉요추압축성골절비수술치료환자적응용효과만의，차감소료주원천수，강저료주원비용，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) nursing clinical pathway in the bone impotent patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures nonoperative treatment of the. Methods:80 cases of non-surgical treatment of bone impotent patients with thoracolum-bar compression fractures as the research object,and they were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group with TCM nursing clinical pathway, the control group with conventional treatment and care. Through overall curative effect and hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,and patient′s satis-faction index to compare the application effect of two groups. Results:The overall efficacy of two groups had no significant difference,the absolute number of days in bed,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,complications,the number of cases,pain and patient′s satisfaction index comparison,the experi-mental group was better than that of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:TCM nursing clinical pathway in the bone impotent patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures nonoperative treatment of the application effect is satisfactory,and reduced the number of days in hospital,reduce the hospitalization expenses,worth clinical promotion.
