目的：：探讨持续微量泵注射呋噻米联合多巴胺治疗心肾综合征患者的护理方法。方法：选取2012年3月~2013年12月在我院住院患者40例为研究对象,所有患者在常规治疗护理的同时给予呋噻米、多巴胺通过使用微量泵持续注入并进行观察和护理。结果：患者治疗后心功能均有所改善,有20例显效,17例有效,3例无效,总有效率92.50%。结论：持续微量泵注射呋噻米多巴胺是治疗心肾综合征的有效方法,同时完善的护理措施有利于缩短病程,促进心肾综合征患者的康复。
목적：：탐토지속미량빙주사부새미연합다파알치료심신종합정환자적호리방법。방법：선취2012년3월~2013년12월재아원주원환자40례위연구대상,소유환자재상규치료호리적동시급여부새미、다파알통과사용미량빙지속주입병진행관찰화호리。결과：환자치료후심공능균유소개선,유20례현효,17례유효,3례무효,총유효솔92.50%。결론：지속미량빙주사부새미다파알시치료심신종합정적유효방법,동시완선적호리조시유리우축단병정,촉진심신종합정환자적강복。
Objective:To investigate the nursing of continuous micropump in jection furosemide with dopamine therapy cardiorenal syndrome patient. Meth-ods:Selected March 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital,40 cases of hospitalized patients received normal nursing and continue miropump injection furo-semide and dopamine. Results:In patients with cardiac and renal function improved significantly,among these patients,20 cases were cared,17 cases effec-tive,3 cases of invalid. Conclusion:Continuous micropump injection furosemide combine with dopamine is an effective method for treating heart cardiorenal syndrome,improve nursing intervention is helpful to shorten the duration of symptoms at the same time,promote the rehabilitation in patients with cardiorenal syndrome.
