目的：：探讨人工肝血浆置换术治疗各类重型肝炎不良反应的护理方法。方法：通过建立血液回路，平均每例病人进行2次，最多4次血浆置换，治疗过程中严密监测生命体征及不良反应，治疗后继续注意观察相关不良反应的发生。结果：人工肝血浆置换术治疗重型肝炎安全有效，但存在一定的不良反应，经处理全部缓解。结论：综合全面地预防与应对，有效提高血浆置换术治疗安全性，减少不良反应，保证治疗的顺利进行，提高成功率。
목적：：탐토인공간혈장치환술치료각류중형간염불량반응적호리방법。방법：통과건립혈액회로，평균매례병인진행2차，최다4차혈장치환，치료과정중엄밀감측생명체정급불량반응，치료후계속주의관찰상관불량반응적발생。결과：인공간혈장치환술치료중형간염안전유효，단존재일정적불량반응，경처리전부완해。결론：종합전면지예방여응대，유효제고혈장치환술치료안전성，감소불량반응，보증치료적순리진행，제고성공솔。
Objective:To explore the artificial liver blood plasma replacement nursing for the treatment of all kinds of adverse reactions to fulminant hepati-tis. Methods:Through the establishment of the blood circuit,the average patients for two times up to four times plasma exchange,treatment process of strict monitoring of vital signs and adverse reactions,after treatment to observe related adverse reaction. Results:Artificial liver blood plasma replacement treatment of fulminant hepatitis was safe and effective,but there were some adverse reactions all treated. Conclusion:Comprehensive prevention and response could im-prove the blood plasma replacement therapy in security,reduce adverse reactions,ensure the smooth progress of treatment and improve the success rate.
