以郑州大学第一附属医院81例甲亢合并周期性麻痹患者为研究对象，将甲亢周麻患者按发作时血钾浓度分为轻度、中度、重度低钾组，对三组间各临床指标的比较分别采用单因素方差分析和 Kruskal-Wallis 检验，并根据相应的检验结果对甲亢并周期性麻痹的临床特点进行了深入的分析。

Taking 81 patients of thyrotoxic hypokalemic periodic paralysis from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as the research object, patients with thyrotoxic hypokalemic periodic paralysis were classified as slight potassium deficiency group, moderate potassium deficiency group and severe potassium deficiency group based on the onset of serum potassium concentration. ANOVAand Kruskal-Wallis test were used to compare the clinical indexes between three groups. According to the test results, the clinical features of thyrotoxic hypokalemic periodic are analyzed.
