以色氨酸和4-氯-7-硝基苯并呋咱为原料,设计合成了一种碱性pH荧光探针,通过核磁、质谱表征了它的结构.光谱测试结果表明,当探针水溶液的pH值由7.94上升到12.24时,其紫外吸收光谱发生明显变化,480 nm处的吸收峰明显下降,同时在390 nm处出现一个新的吸收峰,探针水溶液的颜色由橙红色变为黄色;并且其荧光发射峰的强度逐渐下降,产生明显的猝灭现象.因此,该探针对碱性条件具有明显的光学响应现象.
以色氨痠和4-氯-7-硝基苯併呋偺為原料,設計閤成瞭一種堿性pH熒光探針,通過覈磁、質譜錶徵瞭它的結構.光譜測試結果錶明,噹探針水溶液的pH值由7.94上升到12.24時,其紫外吸收光譜髮生明顯變化,480 nm處的吸收峰明顯下降,同時在390 nm處齣現一箇新的吸收峰,探針水溶液的顏色由橙紅色變為黃色;併且其熒光髮射峰的彊度逐漸下降,產生明顯的猝滅現象.因此,該探針對堿性條件具有明顯的光學響應現象.

A new alkaline fluorescence probe, 7-nitro-benzoxadiazol-tryptophan, was synthesized.The experiment results indicated that when the pH value rose from 7.94 to 12.24, the UV-vis spectrum of the probe in aqueous so-lution changed obviously.The absorption peak of 480 nm quenched, meanwhile a new absorption peak appeared at 390 nm, and the color changed from orange-red to yellow.The intensity of fluorescent peak dropped gradually, which indicated that it was an evident quenching phenomenon.The probe had obvious optical response in alkaline condition.
