采用熔融挤出加工方法将稀土荧光粉与聚碳酸酯( PC)树脂混合造粒,用开炼机制成荧光PC薄膜。应用XRD、SEM、荧光光谱等仪器对荧光粉及荧光PC薄膜结构与性能进行了表征;将荧光PC薄膜与蓝光LED芯片组合,用光谱仪测量白光LED的光色性能等参数。结果表明,稀土荧光粉与PC树脂相容性较好,荧光粉在树脂中分散均匀;大颗粒、晶型完整的荧光粉在加工时有利于保持结构及晶体形貌的稳定;加工前后荧光粉激发-发射波长基本保持不变;同时,荧光粉粒径对白光LED光效影响较大,随着合成白光中蓝光和黄光相对比例增大,得到的白光显色指数逐渐上升。
採用鎔融擠齣加工方法將稀土熒光粉與聚碳痠酯( PC)樹脂混閤造粒,用開煉機製成熒光PC薄膜。應用XRD、SEM、熒光光譜等儀器對熒光粉及熒光PC薄膜結構與性能進行瞭錶徵;將熒光PC薄膜與藍光LED芯片組閤,用光譜儀測量白光LED的光色性能等參數。結果錶明,稀土熒光粉與PC樹脂相容性較好,熒光粉在樹脂中分散均勻;大顆粒、晶型完整的熒光粉在加工時有利于保持結構及晶體形貌的穩定;加工前後熒光粉激髮-髮射波長基本保持不變;同時,熒光粉粒徑對白光LED光效影響較大,隨著閤成白光中藍光和黃光相對比例增大,得到的白光顯色指數逐漸上升。
채용용융제출가공방법장희토형광분여취탄산지( PC)수지혼합조립,용개련궤제성형광PC박막。응용XRD、SEM、형광광보등의기대형광분급형광PC박막결구여성능진행료표정;장형광PC박막여람광LED심편조합,용광보의측량백광LED적광색성능등삼수。결과표명,희토형광분여PC수지상용성교호,형광분재수지중분산균균;대과립、정형완정적형광분재가공시유리우보지결구급정체형모적은정;가공전후형광분격발-발사파장기본보지불변;동시,형광분립경대백광LED광효영향교대,수착합성백광중람광화황광상대비례증대,득도적백광현색지수축점상승。
A rare-earth phosphor powder filled polycarbonate ( PC) resin was prepared by melt-extrusion method and rolled into a fluorescent PC film by open mill.X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and fluorescence spectroscopy was applied to characterize the structure and performance of the phosphor powder and the fluorescent PC film.The fluorescent PC film was combined with the blue LED chip and its color and luster properties were measured by optical spectrometer.The results showed that the rare-earth phosphor powder filled PC resin exhibited good compatibility between rare-earth phosphor powder and PC resin.The phosphor powder could uniformity dis-persed in the PC resin.The rare-earth phosphor powder with larger size crystal was conducive to maintain a stable crystal structure and morphology in the processing.The excitation-emission wavelength of the phosphor could be re-mained after processing.However, the optical efficiency of the white LED was significantly influenced by the parti-cle size of the phosphor.The color rendition index was gradually increased, with increasing of relative proportion of blue light and yellow light in the synthetic white light.
