以知识的创造、吸收和应用为主线，在考虑国际贸易和FDI之间内在联系的条件下，对国际技术扩散制约TFP增长的作用机制进行理论分析和实证检验。结果显示：国际技术扩散通过外部知识增量以及与自主研发的交互效应影响TFP增长。中国参与国际分工的方式导致国际技术扩散的直接效应为负。国际技术扩散通过锁定效应和挤出效应弱化了自主研发对TFP的正面影响。技术差距对TFP的影响因国际技术扩散的形式而异，随着自主研发能力的增强而提高。

In consideration of the intrinsic link between international trade and FDI,this paper ,empirically investigates the mecha-nisms of international technology diffusion restraining the growth of TFP taking the knowledge creation,absorption and ap-plication as main line.International technology diffusion affect the growth of TFP through the inflow of foreign knowledge and the interaction with domestic R&D.The pattern we are positioned in the global specification makes the direct effect of international technology diffusion on TFP be negative.Domestic R&D impacts TFP positively,which is lessened by lock-in effect and crowd-out by international technology diffusion.Technology gap’s influence on TFP varies with means of international technology diffusion,and also increase with domestic R&D to be strengthened.
