目的:优选西南石韦总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法以乙醇为溶剂采用索氏提取法提取总黄酮,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验考察提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比4个因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,并用分光光度计法测定其含量。结果西南石韦总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为温度:100℃;提取时间:5 h;乙醇浓度:80%;料液比:1∶30。在此条件下,总黄酮提取率达到4.02%。结论该提取工艺稳定可靠,成本低,操作简便,总黄酮提取率较高,可作为西南石韦中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。

목적:우선서남석위총황동적최가제취공예。방법이을순위용제채용색씨제취법제취총황동,재단인소시험적기출상,통과정교시험고찰제취온도、제취시간、을순농도、료액비4개인소대총황동제취솔적영향,병용분광광도계법측정기함량。결과서남석위총황동적최가제취공예조건위온도:100℃;제취시간:5 h;을순농도:80%;료액비:1∶30。재차조건하,총황동제취솔체도4.02%。결론해제취공예은정가고,성본저,조작간편,총황동제취솔교고,가작위서남석위중총황동적최가제취공예。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids from Pyrrosia gralla.Methods Extract flavonoids from Pyrrosia gralla by Soxhlet extraction with ethanol as solvent .Based on single factor test ,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction technology by taking extraction temperature ,extraction time,ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio as factors.UV was used to determined the content of flavonoids from Pyrrosia gralla.Results ptimum extraction technology was as followng:extracted 5 h with 30 times,the amount of 80%ethanol,liquid to solid ratio:1∶30 at 100 ℃.Extraction rate of total flavonoids was up to 4.02% on this condition.Conclusion This method is stable,economical,easy and higher extraction rate and can be used as the best extraction for Pyrrosia gral-la.
