目的:研究齐墩果酸对CCl4诱导小鼠急性肝损伤保护作用。方法30只雄性昆明小鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组和齐墩果酸组。齐墩果酸组以300 mg/kg齐墩果酸豆油溶液灌胃,模型组和正常对照组以相同剂量的豆油灌胃,共2 d。末次灌胃给药后,模型组和齐墩果酸组按3 mL/kg剂量皮下注射CCl 4原液,正常对照组皮下注射同等体积的生理盐水。24 h 后处死小鼠,摘取肝脏,比较各组小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性以及丙二醛( MDA)含量,并观察肝脏组织的脏器系数及病理学改变。结果齐墩果酸能显著升高CCl4引起的SOD降低(P<0.05),降低CCl4导致的MDA的升高(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,齐墩果酸组肝脏的脏器系数有下降的趋势,同时减轻了肝脏的病理损害。结论齐墩果酸对CCl 4所引起的急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。

목적:연구제돈과산대CCl4유도소서급성간손상보호작용。방법30지웅성곤명소서수궤분성정상대조조、모형조화제돈과산조。제돈과산조이300 mg/kg제돈과산두유용액관위,모형조화정상대조조이상동제량적두유관위,공2 d。말차관위급약후,모형조화제돈과산조안3 mL/kg제량피하주사CCl 4원액,정상대조조피하주사동등체적적생리염수。24 h 후처사소서,적취간장,비교각조소서간장초양화물기화매( SOD)활성이급병이철( MDA)함량,병관찰간장조직적장기계수급병이학개변。결과제돈과산능현저승고CCl4인기적SOD강저(P<0.05),강저CCl4도치적MDA적승고(P<0.05)。여모형조상비,제돈과산조간장적장기계수유하강적추세,동시감경료간장적병리손해。결론제돈과산대CCl 4소인기적급성간손상구유일정적보호작용。
Objective To study the protective effects of oleanolic acid against carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liv-er injury in micee .Methods Thirty male mice were randomly divided into normal group ,model group and oleanolic acid group .Oleanolic acid group was pretreated with oleanolic acid and soybean oil mixture solution by intragastric ad -ministration at the dosage of 300 mg/kg for 2 days;model and normal groups were pretreated with the same volume of soybean oil .On the last day of intragastric administration ,model and oleanolic acid groups were subcutaneous injected with 3 mL/kg carbon tetrachloride ,and normal group was subcutaneous injected with the same volume of physiological saline .Twenty-four hours after subcutaneous injection ,the mice were sacrificed and livers were removed .The contents of SOD and MDA from liver homogenate serum were determined ,and the organ coefficient and pathological changes of liver were also measured .Results Oleanolic acid significantly increased the low level of SOD and decreased the high level of MDA-induced by carbon tetrachloride .Compared with the model group ,the organ coefficient and patho-logical damage of liver in oleanolic acid group was slightly decreased .Conclusion Oleanolic acid has protective effects against acute liver injuryinduced by carbon tetrachloride .
