文章基于S7-200PLC和ATmega16单片机设计了焦炭气孔率真空法测定装置的二级监控系统。 PLC基础控制系统完成了对焦炭气孔率真空试验过程的自动和手动控制,单片机过程参数监控系统在线显示和修改试验过程的参数。 PLC和单片机的组合应用,设备可靠性高且成本低,并具有良好的人机互动平台。

A two-level monitoring and control system for the device of coke porosity with vacuum method was designed with S7-200PLC and ATmega16 single-chip microcomputer.The automatic and manual control of the vacuum test process in testing coke porosity was fulfilled by the PLC basic control system, while the online display and modifying process parameter was accomplished by the single-chip microcomputer monitoring and control sys-tem.This device with both PLC and single-chip microcomputer has high reliability, low cost and good man-ma-chine interactive platform.
