法治是治理国家的基本形式。在中国治理史上，法家提倡“法治”，为我们提供了可资借鉴的思想资源和丰厚营养。新中国成立以来，经过党的几代中央领导集体坚持不懈的探索，我国最终走上了“法治”建设的科学治国之路。从历时性的角度考察法治中国建设的历史进程和伟大成就，对于全面推进依法治国、建设中国特色社会主义法治体系、建设社会主义法治国家具有重要意义。
法治是治理國傢的基本形式。在中國治理史上，法傢提倡“法治”，為我們提供瞭可資藉鑒的思想資源和豐厚營養。新中國成立以來，經過黨的幾代中央領導集體堅持不懈的探索，我國最終走上瞭“法治”建設的科學治國之路。從歷時性的角度攷察法治中國建設的歷史進程和偉大成就，對于全麵推進依法治國、建設中國特色社會主義法治體繫、建設社會主義法治國傢具有重要意義。
법치시치리국가적기본형식。재중국치리사상，법가제창“법치”，위아문제공료가자차감적사상자원화봉후영양。신중국성립이래，경과당적궤대중앙령도집체견지불해적탐색，아국최종주상료“법치”건설적과학치국지로。종력시성적각도고찰법치중국건설적역사진정화위대성취，대우전면추진의법치국、건설중국특색사회주의법치체계、건설사회주의법치국가구유중요의의。
The basic form of governing a country is the rule of law. In Chinese governing history, the Legalists advocate“govern the country with the law”, which provide us a lot ideological resources we can draw and rich nutrition. Since the new China was founded, after several generations of the central parth leadership collective unremitting exploration, we were finally embarked on a scientific governing way of the rule of law. Inspect the historical process and the great achievements of the rule of law in China construction from the perspective of diachronic review, will be significantly good for promoting the rule of law comprehensively, building the rule of law system with socialism with Chinese characteristics, and construct a socialism country under the rule of law.
