为究明振动对免耕播种机排种性能的影响,采用Pulse LAN-XI 振动测试系统,对2 BM-5型气吸式免耕播种机在莜麦茬地作业状态下排种器的振动特性进行了测试;用 MatLab对振动信号进行时域和频域分析,得到播种机在作业状态下田间振动信号的时域图及频域图。试验结果表明:在免耕播种机作业状态下,随着速度的提高,振动主频率对应的最大幅值有所提高;排种器的振动主频率主要集中在0~10Hz 和40~60Hz;在莜麦茬地播种,2 BM-5型气吸式免耕播种机作业速度为4 km/h时振动较弱。

위구명진동대면경파충궤배충성능적영향,채용Pulse LAN-XI 진동측시계통,대2 BM-5형기흡식면경파충궤재조맥치지작업상태하배충기적진동특성진행료측시;용 MatLab대진동신호진행시역화빈역분석,득도파충궤재작업상태하전간진동신호적시역도급빈역도。시험결과표명:재면경파충궤작업상태하,수착속도적제고,진동주빈솔대응적최대폭치유소제고;배충기적진동주빈솔주요집중재0~10Hz 화40~60Hz;재조맥치지파충,2 BM-5형기흡식면경파충궤작업속도위4 km/h시진동교약。
To clear seeding performance of no tillage planter,this paper pulse LAN-XI vibration test system is adopt, the vibration characteristics of 2 BM-5 type of suction and no tillage planter in the stubble land of naked oats state discharge device were tested, time domain and frequency domain analysis of vibration signals are obtained by Matlab process.Test results show that in the no tillage planter state, with increasing of velocity, vibration frequency corresponding maximum amplitude increased; the metering device vibration frequency is mainly concentrated in the 0-10 Hz and 40-60 Hz; so-wing in the stubble land of naked oats, the vibration is weak when working velocity is 4km/h for the no tillage planter.
