针对现有大部分水稻直播排种器播种精度低、播量难控制等问题,研究了一种链板式水稻直播排种器。其主要部件为型孔链板。链板一端为型孔,另一端以标准套筒滚子链为基础、型孔链板作为链条附件与外链板铆合成一体,随着链条的运动周向转动实现充种、护种、清种、排钟过程。根据水稻种子尺寸的不同可更换不同型孔的链板满足多品种要求;弹性清种装置清种性能可靠、不伤种,且避免了型孔堵塞漏播现象。该排种器结构简便轻巧,排种性能优,采用六行链板式水稻直播机进行试验,单行稳定性系数达98.3%,种子破损率为0.39%。
針對現有大部分水稻直播排種器播種精度低、播量難控製等問題,研究瞭一種鏈闆式水稻直播排種器。其主要部件為型孔鏈闆。鏈闆一耑為型孔,另一耑以標準套筒滾子鏈為基礎、型孔鏈闆作為鏈條附件與外鏈闆鉚閤成一體,隨著鏈條的運動週嚮轉動實現充種、護種、清種、排鐘過程。根據水稻種子呎吋的不同可更換不同型孔的鏈闆滿足多品種要求;彈性清種裝置清種性能可靠、不傷種,且避免瞭型孔堵塞漏播現象。該排種器結構簡便輕巧,排種性能優,採用六行鏈闆式水稻直播機進行試驗,單行穩定性繫數達98.3%,種子破損率為0.39%。

A chain-plate precise seeding apparatus for rice direct-seeder was developed, for most of the rice seed mete-ring devices could not control seeding rate accurately.The main component of seeding apparatus was chain plate with shaped hold, and one end of the chain plate was type hold which matched the size of rice seeds, while the other end was similar with standard sleeve roller chain.The seeding apparatus executed seed filling, retaining, cleaning and dropping when it moved around the sprocket as the accessory of chain.The chain plate can be changed in depend of the shapes of different rices.The elastic cleaning device was effective in working and low in broken rate,and it could avoid miss-see-ding by emptying the type hold in time.The apparatus was slight in weight and uncomplicated in structure.When it was tested on a 6-row direct seeder, the results of the experiment showed that the single row stability coefficient was 98.3%, and the broken rate is only 0.39%, which proved that the chain-plate precise seeding apparatus had good performance.
