基于土壤液化原理的荸荠采收船是集挖掘、清洗、装箱于一体的荸荠采收设备,其水刀切碎系统可以把土壤分块后液化,提高了采收船的工作效率。为此,介绍了采收船和水刀切碎系统的工作原理,利用 SolidWorks建立了水刀喷嘴的实体模型,导入ANSYS Workbench环境下的 CFX 进行流体分析,得出了流度最小和流速最大的喷嘴的水流速度分布。根据分析结果,选择了离心泵型号。

The water chestnut harvesting ship is kind of chestnut harvesting device which can dig,clean,pack, its water jet system can partition soil to be liquefied,improving the work efficiency of the ship.The working principle of the har-vesting ship and water jet system is introduced, the solid model is built by SolidWorks, then imported to CFX in ANSYS Workbench to be analyzed, the velocity distribution of water jet of the minimum flow rate and the maximum flow rate is obtained .Based on this, the centrifugal pump is chosen.
