利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA ,对四刀松土刀和六刀松土刀在不同转速下切削土壤的过程进行数值模拟,对不同转速下松土刀的阻力和功耗进行分析。仿真结果表明:两种松土刀在以1 m/s 前进速度下,转速低于45 rad/s时,其阻力随着转速的增加而增加,在45 rad/s左右时达到最大值,之后阻力随转速增加而减小;同时,根据可决系数拟合出阻力-转速曲线,建立了拟合方程,并对不同转速下的功耗进行分析,发现功率和阻力具有相同的规律。对于不同排列的松土刀,六刀切削土壤时比四刀切削更加稳定和高效,但是所受的平均阻力和功耗更大。仿真数据分析结果可为实际生产中松土作业提供参考。

이용ANSYS/LS-DYNA ,대사도송토도화륙도송토도재불동전속하절삭토양적과정진행수치모의,대불동전속하송토도적조력화공모진행분석。방진결과표명:량충송토도재이1 m/s 전진속도하,전속저우45 rad/s시,기조력수착전속적증가이증가,재45 rad/s좌우시체도최대치,지후조력수전속증가이감소;동시,근거가결계수의합출조력-전속곡선,건립료의합방정,병대불동전속하적공모진행분석,발현공솔화조력구유상동적규률。대우불동배렬적송토도,륙도절삭토양시비사도절삭경가은정화고효,단시소수적평균조력화공모경대。방진수거분석결과가위실제생산중송토작업제공삼고。
ANSYS/LS-DYNA was adopted to present numerical simulation of four blades digging tool and six blades digging tool’ s cutting soil in different rotate speed using Lagrange arithmetic.Slippage and stress of soil was researched in the process of simulation and the process of soil cutting from the point of resistance and power consumption was analyzed. Conclusion was made that the resistance of tool is positively related to its rotate speed until its rotate speed reaches 45 rad/s and after that resistance will reduce if rotate speed increases when the soil cutting tools march at 1m/s speed.Curves were fitted about resistance together with rotate speed according to coefficient of determination.The power consumption of the tools obeys the same rule.For different arrangement of soil cutting tools, the digging tool with six blades is more sta-ble and more efficient than four blades digging tool, but bears more resistance and power consumption.The simulation experiment results provide some consultants for actual soil cutting.
