针对钵苗移栽机使用传送带输送钵苗时,容易出现苗钵破损、苗株脱叶或茎秆断裂等问题,通过分析苗钵从传送带自然掉落时的运动情况,计算离开传送带后翻转的角速度,为传送带后续衔接装置的设计提供理论依据。同时,对后续衔接装置作为下苗滑道时,对滑道的设计提出几点建议。
針對缽苗移栽機使用傳送帶輸送缽苗時,容易齣現苗缽破損、苗株脫葉或莖稈斷裂等問題,通過分析苗缽從傳送帶自然掉落時的運動情況,計算離開傳送帶後翻轉的角速度,為傳送帶後續銜接裝置的設計提供理論依據。同時,對後續銜接裝置作為下苗滑道時,對滑道的設計提齣幾點建議。

It is prone to appear the problems such as earth bowl broken,seedling plants defoliation or stem fracture when bowl seedling transplanting machine is conveying bowl seedling by the conveyor belt.This paper mainly analyzed the movement of earth bowl falling from the conveyor belt naturally and calculated the rotating angular velocity after leaving the conveyor belt to provide a theoretical basis for the design of conveyor belt subsequent cohesive devices, and make a few suggestions about slide design when the subsequent cohesion devices is sowing seedlings.
