针对目前国内喷药机具自动化程度低、缺少控制系统的现状，开发了一种基于 TMS320F28335的变量喷雾控制系统。通过触摸屏实现了药液液位、喷药压力、喷药流量、作业速度、药液温度和作业面积的显示，以及药液液位过低报警；系统能够根据设定的亩喷量和采集的作业速度自动调节阀门开度，实现了变量喷雾施药的目的。田间试验结果表明：该系统工作稳定可靠，误差率低，对农业生产和提高经济效益具有重大的意义。

According to low degree automation of domestic spraying machine and requirement of control system , developed a variable spray control system based on TMS320F28335.Display liquid level, spray pressure, spray flow, operating speed, liquid temperature , operating area and low level alarm of liquid through the touching screen.According to set spray volume of acres and collected operating speed, control system automaticly regulate valve opening to achieve variable spray purpose.The field experiment results show that the system run stably and reliably, error rate is low, to the agricultural production has great production significance and economic benefits.
