针对蔬菜大棚温湿度和土壤水分控制难的问题,采用远距离无线串口透传技术设计了自动智能管理系统,主要由温湿度监控节点、土壤水分监控节点和管理主机组成。监控节点利用处理器 STM32 F103作为控制核心而设计,被均匀布置在大棚的各个区域,通过传感器 AM2302和 SM2802 M 分别采集大棚温湿度和土壤含水率,通过无线串口透传模块E17-TTL100-SMA发送到管理主机。管理主机上运行着采用 C#专业设计的管理软件,自动将接收到的数据进行处理、分析和显示,并存储在数据库SQL Server 2008中,如超出了预设的作物最佳生长范围,根据系统设定自动控制风机和灌溉管道阀开关进行调节。通过对西红柿大棚的实验表明:该系统实现了大棚温度湿度和土壤水分的实时智能管理,大大降低了管理者的劳动强度。

For the temperature, humidity and soil moisture control, the long-distance wireless serial transmission technolog is used to design an intelligent management system, which is composed of temperature and humidity monitoring nodes, soil moisture monitoring nodes and the management host computer.The monitoring nodes use the controller STM32F103 as the control core, and are distributed in different regions of greenhouse to collect the greenhouse tempera-ture and humidity and soil moisture information by the sensor AM2302 and SM2802 M, and send them to management host through the wireless serial transmission module through E17-TTL100-SMA.The management host is running the professional management software designed by C#, which can automaticly process, analyze and display the received data, and store it in a database SQL Server2008.According to the system settings, if the data is beyond the pre-set best range for the crop, it can automatically control the fan and the irrigation pipeline switch to adjust.The tomato greenhouse ex-periments show that the system has realized the real-time intelligent control of greenhouse temperature and humidity and soil moisture, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of managers.
