针对秸秆全量还田对耕深的要求,分析了双轴分层旋耕技术的可行性,设计了一种双轴旋耕施肥播种复式作业机。该机采用双轴Z形阶梯状立体空间布置结构和双轴分层旋耕切土工艺,实现了深旋耕及秸秆深埋技术的突破,平均耕深大于20 cm,耕深稳定性约为90%。该机实现了深旋耕、碎土、施肥播种一次性作业,大大节省了耕作能耗和成本。
針對秸稈全量還田對耕深的要求,分析瞭雙軸分層鏇耕技術的可行性,設計瞭一種雙軸鏇耕施肥播種複式作業機。該機採用雙軸Z形階梯狀立體空間佈置結構和雙軸分層鏇耕切土工藝,實現瞭深鏇耕及秸稈深埋技術的突破,平均耕深大于20 cm,耕深穩定性約為90%。該機實現瞭深鏇耕、碎土、施肥播種一次性作業,大大節省瞭耕作能耗和成本。

To the depth requirement in straw returning, the feasibility of biaxial rototilling is analyzed and a teamwork machine biaxial rototilling, fertilizing and seeding is designed.Two-axis adopts Z shaped and ladder three-dimensional structure, the technology of double layered cutting is adopted, the technical breakthrough of deep tillage and deep straw-buried is actualized.The average depth is more than 20 centimeters and the stability of the tilling depth is about 90%. Deep tillage, crushing soil, fertilizing and seeding are accomplished by one time, the energy consumption and the cost of farming are greatly saved.
