针对传统的树冠较大、树干直径较粗的核桃树人工采摘劳动强度大、成产效率低等问题,设计了一种液压式核桃采摘机,实现了由液压系统控制偏心振动装置来完成核桃的采摘作业。试验表明:所研制的液压式核桃采摘机具有结构简单、操作简便、工作平稳安全、采净率高且无伤树体等特点,达到了预期效果。
針對傳統的樹冠較大、樹榦直徑較粗的覈桃樹人工採摘勞動彊度大、成產效率低等問題,設計瞭一種液壓式覈桃採摘機,實現瞭由液壓繫統控製偏心振動裝置來完成覈桃的採摘作業。試驗錶明:所研製的液壓式覈桃採摘機具有結構簡單、操作簡便、工作平穩安全、採淨率高且無傷樹體等特點,達到瞭預期效果。
침대전통적수관교대、수간직경교조적핵도수인공채적노동강도대、성산효솔저등문제,설계료일충액압식핵도채적궤,실현료유액압계통공제편심진동장치래완성핵도적채적작업。시험표명:소연제적액압식핵도채적궤구유결구간단、조작간편、공작평은안전、채정솔고차무상수체등특점,체도료예기효과。
