针对目前植保机械中所使用的喷杆喷架稳定性差、折叠伸展需要人工辅助等问题,设计出了一种液压升降折叠宽幅喷杆喷架。对喷杆喷架的升降装置、90°液压油缸折叠机构、180°液压油缸折叠机构和整体宽幅喷架进行了理论分析和结构设计,并建立了关键部件的三维模型。通过田间试验验证了该装置设计方案的合理性,为研发先进适用、具有自主知识产权的液压升降折叠宽幅喷杆喷架奠定了基础。
針對目前植保機械中所使用的噴桿噴架穩定性差、摺疊伸展需要人工輔助等問題,設計齣瞭一種液壓升降摺疊寬幅噴桿噴架。對噴桿噴架的升降裝置、90°液壓油缸摺疊機構、180°液壓油缸摺疊機構和整體寬幅噴架進行瞭理論分析和結構設計,併建立瞭關鍵部件的三維模型。通過田間試驗驗證瞭該裝置設計方案的閤理性,為研髮先進適用、具有自主知識產權的液壓升降摺疊寬幅噴桿噴架奠定瞭基礎。

In view of the present difficult situation about plant protection machinery used by spray lance plane problems such as poor stability, fold stretching need artificial auxiliary, a kind of hydraulic lifting folding wide spray lance was de-vised.Lifting device of spray spray rod rack, 90 degrees of hydraulic oil cylinder folding mechanism, 180 degrees of the hydraulic oil cylinder folding mechanism and wide spray has carried on the theoretical analysis and the overall structure design, and key components of the three-dimensional model was established in SolidWorks software.Through field exper-iment verified the rationality of the design of the device for the research and development of advanced and suitable with independent intellectual property rights of hydraulic lifting folding wide spray lance laid a foundation.
