为了降低甘蔗种植成本和提高机械化种植面积,利用USB 摄像头对甘蔗与杂草进行图像采集,数据送入 S3 C2410微处理器和运用图像边沿算法对甘蔗与杂草进行图像处理及图像识别,并把识别结果送给 PCL6143运动控制模块,控制除草器和拔草器的电磁线圈电流通断,从而控制除草松土和拔草作业。在丘陵地区蔗田的除拔草试验结果表明:该机除草速度大于0.56m2/s,除净率大于94%,具有可拓展研究和推广应用价值。

위료강저감자충식성본화제고궤계화충식면적,이용USB 섭상두대감자여잡초진행도상채집,수거송입 S3 C2410미처리기화운용도상변연산법대감자여잡초진행도상처리급도상식별,병파식별결과송급 PCL6143운동공제모괴,공제제초기화발초기적전자선권전류통단,종이공제제초송토화발초작업。재구릉지구자전적제발초시험결과표명:해궤제초속도대우0.56m2/s,제정솔대우94%,구유가탁전연구화추엄응용개치。
In order to reduce the sugar cane planting cost and improve the mechanization planting, sugar cane and weeds to make use of USB camera image acquisition, data into the S3C2410 microcomputer S3C2410 and using the algorithms of image edge to sugar cane and weed image processing and image recognition, and give the processing results to PCL6143 motion control module, control the mower and the electromagnetic coils of pulling the electricity off, thus pul-ling weeds control weeding and homework.The intelligent pulling weeds sugarcane machine pulling weeds in hilly land of sugarcane field test results show that the speed is greater than 0.56m/s, free rate is more than 94%, so it has applica-tion value which can be promoted.
