为提高酿酒葡萄采收效率、降低采收成本,设计了酿酒葡萄果实振动脱落机构,并对该机构进行了运动分析,得出了驱动部分角位移表达式及工作部分肋条末端有效振幅的表达式。利用 ADAMS 参数化宏命令及二次开发功能搭建了该机构虚拟样机研究平台,并赋予各参数值进行了虚拟仿真分析同理论计算分析对比,曲柄旋转1圈摇杆偏离初始位置的角位移、肋条末端有效振幅的理论分析结果与虚拟样机研究平台仿真结果吻合,验证了脱落机构理论分析的正确性和虚拟样机研究平台的可行性。
為提高釀酒葡萄採收效率、降低採收成本,設計瞭釀酒葡萄果實振動脫落機構,併對該機構進行瞭運動分析,得齣瞭驅動部分角位移錶達式及工作部分肋條末耑有效振幅的錶達式。利用 ADAMS 參數化宏命令及二次開髮功能搭建瞭該機構虛擬樣機研究平檯,併賦予各參數值進行瞭虛擬倣真分析同理論計算分析對比,麯柄鏇轉1圈搖桿偏離初始位置的角位移、肋條末耑有效振幅的理論分析結果與虛擬樣機研究平檯倣真結果吻閤,驗證瞭脫落機構理論分析的正確性和虛擬樣機研究平檯的可行性。

In order to improve the harvesting efficiency of wine grape and reduce the harvesting cost, wine grape vibratory mechanism was designed and the movement was analyzed, expression of angular displacement of drive and amplitude of the working part rib end were derived.A virtual prototype research platform of vibratory mechanism was built using AD-AMS software secondary development function and macro commands.Comparing theoretical analysis and simulation re-sults by assigned parameters, the result of virtual prototype research platform is accordant with theoretical analysis'con-clusion of the angular displacement of the rocker after the crank rotating a circle from the initial position and the ampli-tude of the rib end.The correctness of theoretical analysis and feasibility of virtual prototype experimental platform were verified.
