为了推动“分类培养、分层教学”改革的顺利进行,提高人才培养质量,采用问卷调查和访谈,研究高职学生的学习特点,以发现学生学习中存在的问题。调查结果表明:许多学生对开设的课程内容不满意、自主学习能力不强、自卑感强、自律能力低等。针对这些问题,结合江苏建筑职业技术学院的改革经验,提出了改革培养方案以满足学生需求,因材施教提高教学质量,采取相应措施加强学生管理等对策。
為瞭推動“分類培養、分層教學”改革的順利進行,提高人纔培養質量,採用問捲調查和訪談,研究高職學生的學習特點,以髮現學生學習中存在的問題。調查結果錶明:許多學生對開設的課程內容不滿意、自主學習能力不彊、自卑感彊、自律能力低等。針對這些問題,結閤江囌建築職業技術學院的改革經驗,提齣瞭改革培養方案以滿足學生需求,因材施教提高教學質量,採取相應措施加彊學生管理等對策。
위료추동“분류배양、분층교학”개혁적순리진행,제고인재배양질량,채용문권조사화방담,연구고직학생적학습특점,이발현학생학습중존재적문제。조사결과표명:허다학생대개설적과정내용불만의、자주학습능력불강、자비감강、자률능력저등。침대저사문제,결합강소건축직업기술학원적개혁경험,제출료개혁배양방안이만족학생수구,인재시교제고교학질량,채취상응조시가강학생관리등대책。
In order to promote the smooth progress of reform of classified cultivation and strati_fied teaching and improve talent training quality,this paper studies learning characteristics of higher vocational students through questionnaire survey and interview to find out problems.Re_sults show that problems exist such as dissatisfaction of courses,poor ability of self_regulated learning,strong inferiority feelings and low capability of self_discipline.Aiming at these prob_lems,this paper puts forward to reform training program to meet the needs of students,teach students according to their aptitude to improve teaching quality and strengthen student manage_ment with corresponding measures.
