目的:观察巴德3DMAX补片免钉合在经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术(TAPP)中的疗效。方法:选择同时期内70例腹股沟疝患者,随机分为实验组( n=35)和对照组( n=35),实验组予3D MAX补片免钉合腹腔镜疝修补术(TAPP),对照组予传统无张力疝环填充术。对两组手术时间、住院时间、术后下床时间、术后疼痛指数、术后并发症、复发率等进行比较。结果:两组患者手术均顺利完成,实验组无一例中转开腹,与对照组相比,术后下床时间和住院时间明显缩短,术后基本无疼痛,并发症,复发率低。而手术时间上,实验组长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:巴德3D MAX补片免钉合TAPP术治疗腹股沟疝是一种微创、安全、简单的疝修补术,可以作为常规的疝修补方式之一。

목적:관찰파덕3DMAX보편면정합재경복강복막전산수보술(TAPP)중적료효。방법:선택동시기내70례복고구산환자,수궤분위실험조( n=35)화대조조( n=35),실험조여3D MAX보편면정합복강경산수보술(TAPP),대조조여전통무장력산배전충술。대량조수술시간、주원시간、술후하상시간、술후동통지수、술후병발증、복발솔등진행비교。결과:량조환자수술균순리완성,실험조무일례중전개복,여대조조상비,술후하상시간화주원시간명현축단,술후기본무동통,병발증,복발솔저。이수술시간상,실험조장우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:파덕3D MAX보편면정합TAPP술치료복고구산시일충미창、안전、간단적산수보술,가이작위상규적산수보방식지일。
Objective:To observe the clinical outcomes of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal(TAPP) approach to repair of inguinal hernia using Bard 3DMax mesh without fixation.Methods:Seventy consecutive patients with inguinal hernia were randomly allocated to experimental group (n =35) and control group (n=35).The experimental group underwent laparoscopic TAPP using 3D Max mesh without fixation,and the control group were treated with conventional tension-free hernia repair.Two groups were compared regarding the operation duration,length of hospital stay,off-bed activities after op-eration,postoperative pain index,and complications as well as recurrence rate.Results:The operation was successfully completed in the two groups.The ex-perimental group required no conversion to laparotomy,and had early return to usual activities,shortened hospital stay,less postoperative pain and compli-cations as well as lower recurrence rate.However,the experimental group had longer operative time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic TAPP approach to repair of inguinal hernia using Bard 3DMax mesh can be minimally invasive,safe and simple in placement.
