民族生教育工作不仅是高职院校的一项重要政治任务，更是关系到少数民族地区发展与民族团结的大事。基于高职院校民族教育政策执行现状，分析了政策执行过程中面临的生源多样性、课堂失范、文化多元化等挑战，并提出了优化人才培养模式，完善校本制度及加强多元文化教育的改进措施，以促进民族生教育工作的健康有序发展，为少数民族地区培养更多优秀人才。

Education for minority students is not only a major political task for higher vocational colleges,but also a matter of importance related to development of minority areas and national u_nity.Based on implementation status of ethnic education policy in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the challenges such as diversity of student source,class anomie and culture diver_sification,and puts forward improvement measures including optimizing talent training mode, perfecting school_based system and enhancing education of multi_culture to promote the healthy and orderly development of education for minority students and cultivate professional talents for minority areas.
