高光谱成像技术结合了光谱学和成像技术的主要优势,可以同时获得一个样本的空间分布及物理和化学性能,是水果无损检测的发展趋势。为此,主要介绍了高光谱成像原理、装置、数据处理方法,以及国内外水果内外品质无损检测的应用,并对高光谱成像技术在水果无损检测中的不足及未来趋势进行了分析。
高光譜成像技術結閤瞭光譜學和成像技術的主要優勢,可以同時穫得一箇樣本的空間分佈及物理和化學性能,是水果無損檢測的髮展趨勢。為此,主要介紹瞭高光譜成像原理、裝置、數據處理方法,以及國內外水果內外品質無損檢測的應用,併對高光譜成像技術在水果無損檢測中的不足及未來趨勢進行瞭分析。

Hyperspectral imaging is a new technology which combines the main advantages of both spectroscopy and ima-ging technology, can get the spatial distribution and the physical and chemical properties at the same time, is the devel-opment trend of nondestructive detection of fruits.This paper mainly introduces the principle and device of hyperspectral imaging system, the methods of image collecting and analyzing, the applications of detection of fruits quality and safety by means of hyperspectral imaging, and discussed the limitation at present stage and future development prospects.
