确定加强筋地膜设计思路,采用电子万能试验机对加强筋地膜、普通地膜、加强筋的破坏载荷、拉伸强度、屈服载荷、断裂载荷、断裂变形等进行对比分析。采用最小二乘法对加强筋地膜的破坏载荷和断裂载荷进行曲线拟合,运用OriginPro .v 8.5.1对数据进行处理。研究表明,加强筋地膜研制成功促进了农业生产,提高残膜回收率,有效地减少农田白色污染。
確定加彊觔地膜設計思路,採用電子萬能試驗機對加彊觔地膜、普通地膜、加彊觔的破壞載荷、拉伸彊度、屈服載荷、斷裂載荷、斷裂變形等進行對比分析。採用最小二乘法對加彊觔地膜的破壞載荷和斷裂載荷進行麯線擬閤,運用OriginPro .v 8.5.1對數據進行處理。研究錶明,加彊觔地膜研製成功促進瞭農業生產,提高殘膜迴收率,有效地減少農田白色汙染。

Determine the reinforced plastic design and use electronic universal testing machine to test the breaking load, tensile strength, yield load, fracture load, fracture deformation of reinforced plastic, the common membrane and reinfor-cing rib for comparative analysis.Then the least square method was used to do curve fitting for failure load and the break-ing load of reinforced plastic, and then OriginPro.V8.5.1 was used to deal with data.The development of reinforced plastic will promote the agricultural production, improve the residual film recovery, and effectively reduce the white pol-lution farmland.
