制备硅酸铝纤维密度相同的硅酸铝纤维/酚醛树脂层压复合材料,采用芳纶纤维布层间增强结构提高材料的力学强度,考察了复合材料的抗压性能、抗冲击性能以及芳纶纤维布增强层与基体材料的剥离强度。研究结果表明:密度越大其抗压强度越高,而材料的抗冲击性能受密度的影响不明显。采用芳纶纤维层间增强硅酸铝纤维/酚醛树脂层压复合材料能显著提高材料的抗压性能及抗冲击性能,随层间增强层数增多其抗压性能无明显改变,而其抗冲击性能随增强层数增多有明显提高。由于基体材料强度的局限性,增强层与基体材料的剥离强度对材料的冲击韧度影响不明显。
製備硅痠鋁纖維密度相同的硅痠鋁纖維/酚醛樹脂層壓複閤材料,採用芳綸纖維佈層間增彊結構提高材料的力學彊度,攷察瞭複閤材料的抗壓性能、抗遲擊性能以及芳綸纖維佈增彊層與基體材料的剝離彊度。研究結果錶明:密度越大其抗壓彊度越高,而材料的抗遲擊性能受密度的影響不明顯。採用芳綸纖維層間增彊硅痠鋁纖維/酚醛樹脂層壓複閤材料能顯著提高材料的抗壓性能及抗遲擊性能,隨層間增彊層數增多其抗壓性能無明顯改變,而其抗遲擊性能隨增彊層數增多有明顯提高。由于基體材料彊度的跼限性,增彊層與基體材料的剝離彊度對材料的遲擊韌度影響不明顯。

Al2 SiO5 fiber/phenolic resin laminating composite was prepared at same Al 2 SiO5 fiber density , The aramid fibre cloth was designed to interbeddedly reinforce the composite .The compressive strength and the impact strength and the peeling strength of the reinforcement aramid cloth to the base material were tested .The research shows: The compressive strength improved with the composite density but its impact strength was hardly changed .The composite was greatly rein-forced by the interbedded aramid fibre cloth and its impact strength totally improved with the layers of the reinforcing aramid fibre cloth but the compressive property changed little .The peeling strength of the reinforcing aramid fibre cloth to the base material attribute little to the impact strength owing to the intensity of the base material .
