发动机总成装配技术是整机生产最重要的组成部分,也是最复杂的一个部分。以前,大型发动机制造企业的总成装配线结构都比较复杂,维护不方便,一般都是对应一种机型进行生产,柔性较差。随着技术的不断发展和完善,越来越多的厂家投入自动化程度很高的装配线,投资成本较高,但不太适合中小发动机制造企业的发展。所以需要一种结构简单、投入不大,但又有一定柔性的生产线,满足广大中小企业的期望。

Engine assembly tech nology is the most important and complex part of engine production. Before, engine assembly lines in large manufactures were of complex structure and poor maintenance, and were generally for one type of engine. With the development of technology, more and more manufacturers adopt assembly lines of high degree of automation with high investment cost. This is not suitable for the development of small and medium-sized engine manufacturing enterprises. So there is a need for a simple and low cost production line with a certain level of flexibility to meet the expectations of majority of small and medium-sized enterprises.
