通过对一辆皮卡车空载异响问题的发现、排查、根源确定,阐述了一般异响问题的解决思路。该皮卡整车空载加速和空载定置3500 r/min时,有4800 Hz左右的哨音异响。整车上发动机本体也无此振动频率。从发动机本体、增压器、排气系统入手,经过一系列测试,最终发现了问题产生的根源。

A general method to solve NVH problem especially abnormal noise is presented by the investigation of abnormal noise of a pickup vehicle running in idling condition. One kind of whistle noise of frequency of 4800 Hz was found at 3500 r/min withoutload. Such frequency noise was notfound in engine body. Itwas after many measurements and tests were made to engine body, turbocharger and exhaustsystem thatthe rootcause of the abnormal noise was discovered.
