以淀粉和丙烯酰胺为原料,N,N‐亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合方法制备淀粉接枝聚丙烯酰胺(St‐g‐PAM )凝胶,研究其对染料甲基橙的吸附作用。实验结果表明,制备得到的St‐g‐PAM 对甲基橙具有优良的吸附能力,其吸附行为符合Freundlich方程。同时,动力学研究表明,St‐g‐PAM 对甲基橙的吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,初始吸附速率随着甲基橙初始浓度的增大而增大。

이정분화병희선알위원료,N,N‐아갑기쌍병희선알위교련제,채용수용액취합방법제비정분접지취병희선알(St‐g‐PAM )응효,연구기대염료갑기등적흡부작용。실험결과표명,제비득도적St‐g‐PAM 대갑기등구유우량적흡부능력,기흡부행위부합Freundlich방정。동시,동역학연구표명,St‐g‐PAM 대갑기등적흡부과정부합준이급동역학방정,초시흡부속솔수착갑기등초시농도적증대이증대。
Taking starch and acrylamide as the raw materials , N ,N‐methylenebisacrylamide as the crosslinking agent ,starch‐g‐polyacrylamide hydrogel was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization . The adsorption of methyl orange by St‐g‐PAM was studied .The experimental results demonstrated that St‐g‐PAM was an excellent sorbent of methyl orange .The adsorption of methyl orange by St‐g‐PAM was Freundlich type .The adsorption kinetics followed the pseudo‐second‐order model .The initial ad‐sorption rate increased with the increasing of initial methyl orange concentration .
