采用铜镍合金电极作为阳极,铜片作为阴极,研究了影响还原棕BR电化学还原染色工艺的主要因素,如外加电压(U)大小、氢氧化钠(NaOH)质量浓度、三乙醇胺(TEA)质量浓度、硫酸铁(Fe2(SO4)3)质量浓度、阴极面积、还原染色温度(T)、还原染色时间(t)等.通过分析实验结果,获得最佳电化学还原染色工艺,即外加电压3V ,NaOH、TEA 和Fe2(SO4)3的质量浓度依次为8g/L ,30g/L ,5g/L ,阴极面积25cm2,还原染色温度40℃,还原染色时间70min .同时,测得在最佳工艺参数条件下棉织物染色后的 K/S值,得到ΔK/S=0.668,说明该工艺参数条件下织物的匀染性良好,织物的皂洗色牢度和干湿摩擦牢度均能达到4~5级.
採用銅鎳閤金電極作為暘極,銅片作為陰極,研究瞭影響還原棕BR電化學還原染色工藝的主要因素,如外加電壓(U)大小、氫氧化鈉(NaOH)質量濃度、三乙醇胺(TEA)質量濃度、硫痠鐵(Fe2(SO4)3)質量濃度、陰極麵積、還原染色溫度(T)、還原染色時間(t)等.通過分析實驗結果,穫得最佳電化學還原染色工藝,即外加電壓3V ,NaOH、TEA 和Fe2(SO4)3的質量濃度依次為8g/L ,30g/L ,5g/L ,陰極麵積25cm2,還原染色溫度40℃,還原染色時間70min .同時,測得在最佳工藝參數條件下棉織物染色後的 K/S值,得到ΔK/S=0.668,說明該工藝參數條件下織物的勻染性良好,織物的皂洗色牢度和榦濕摩抆牢度均能達到4~5級.

Taking the copper nickel alloy electrode as anode plate and copper as cathode ,the main influ‐encing factors of vat brown BR electrochemical reduction dyeing performance were studied ,such as ap‐plied voltage (U) ,sodium hydroxide (NaOH) mass concentration ,triethanolamine(TEA) mass concen‐tration ,ferric sulfate (Fe2 (SO4 )3 ) mass concentration and cathode area ,vat dyeing temperature (T) , vat dyeing time (t) ,etc. By analyzing the experimental results ,the optimum parameters of the electro‐chemical reduction of dyeing are as follow s ,U is 3V ,the mass concentration of NaO H ,T EA ,Fe2 (SO4 )3 are 8g/L ,30g/L ,5g/L respectively ,cathode area is 25cm2 ,T is 40℃ ,t is 70min. under the optimum condition ,the dyed K/S value of the cotton fabric is measured ,and Δ K/S=0.668 ,it indicated that the optimum process parameters can give the fabric good levelness ,at the same time ,the soaping fastness of the fabric and dry and w et rubbing fastness can reach level 4‐5.
