为促进新型纺纱技术的创新,本文检索了转杯纺、摩擦纺、喷气纺、涡流纺4种典型新型纺纱技术的中国发明专利、实用新型专利和外观设计专利;统计分析了相关专利的数量变化过程、专利的技术广度和技术集中度,并对相关专利的主要申请人和发明人进行了分析。指出如能及时掌握主要专利申请人和发明人的技术思路,则可在同类产品的研发过程中避免发生知识产权的冲突,并制订出自己的专利战略;同时,根据分析可知,摩擦纺和喷气纺的研究热度正在衰减,预示其发展前景较差;目前转杯纺的研究已成为热点,但发展前景不如涡流纺。
為促進新型紡紗技術的創新,本文檢索瞭轉杯紡、摩抆紡、噴氣紡、渦流紡4種典型新型紡紗技術的中國髮明專利、實用新型專利和外觀設計專利;統計分析瞭相關專利的數量變化過程、專利的技術廣度和技術集中度,併對相關專利的主要申請人和髮明人進行瞭分析。指齣如能及時掌握主要專利申請人和髮明人的技術思路,則可在同類產品的研髮過程中避免髮生知識產權的遲突,併製訂齣自己的專利戰略;同時,根據分析可知,摩抆紡和噴氣紡的研究熱度正在衰減,預示其髮展前景較差;目前轉杯紡的研究已成為熱點,但髮展前景不如渦流紡。
위촉진신형방사기술적창신,본문검색료전배방、마찰방、분기방、와류방4충전형신형방사기술적중국발명전리、실용신형전리화외관설계전리;통계분석료상관전리적수량변화과정、전리적기술엄도화기술집중도,병대상관전리적주요신청인화발명인진행료분석。지출여능급시장악주요전리신청인화발명인적기술사로,칙가재동류산품적연발과정중피면발생지식산권적충돌,병제정출자기적전리전략;동시,근거분석가지,마찰방화분기방적연구열도정재쇠감,예시기발전전경교차;목전전배방적연구이성위열점,단발전전경불여와류방。
In order to promote the innovation of new spinning technology ,the Chinese invention patent , utility model patents ,and exterior design patents about rotor spinning ,friction spinning ,jet spinning , and vortex spinning are retrieved .The number of relevant patent change process ,technical breadth and concentration are statistically analyzed .And the related principal applicant and inventor of patent are also analyzed .It is pointed out that if the technology of patent applicant and inventor are grasped ,the conflict of similar products research and development and intellectual property rights should be avoided ,and the patent strategy are worked out by themselves .According to the analysis ,friction spinning and jet spin‐ning studies gradually decreased ,indicating that its development prospect is poorer .T he current research of rotor spinning has become a hot research area ,but its development prospect not as good as the vortex spinning .
