目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病（ GDM）对孕妇、胎儿、母婴并发症及分娩方式的影响。方法：回顾性分析妊娠期糖尿病118例患者病例，将同期正常妊娠妇女132例作为对照组，比较两组妊娠并发症、新生儿并发症及分娩方式的情况。结果：GDM组孕妇羊水过多、胎膜早破、妊娠期高血压疾病、产后出血、巨大儿、新生儿窒息、早产、剖宫产率及阴道助产率发生率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；念珠菌性阴道炎、胎儿生长受限、低出生体质量儿发生率差异与对照组相比无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：妊娠期糖尿病对母婴危害较大，应加强孕期产检，争取早发现，及时诊治。
목적：탐토임신기당뇨병（ GDM）대잉부、태인、모영병발증급분면방식적영향。방법：회고성분석임신기당뇨병118례환자병례，장동기정상임신부녀132례작위대조조，비교량조임신병발증、신생인병발증급분면방식적정황。결과：GDM조잉부양수과다、태막조파、임신기고혈압질병、산후출혈、거대인、신생인질식、조산、부궁산솔급음도조산솔발생솔고우대조조（P＜0.05）；념주균성음도염、태인생장수한、저출생체질량인발생솔차이여대조조상비무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론：임신기당뇨병대모영위해교대，응가강잉기산검，쟁취조발현，급시진치。
Objective:To investigate the effects of gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) on the pregnant woman and her fetus as well as incidence of ma-ternal and infant complications and mode of delivery .Methods:118 women with GDM were included as observational group and corresponding 132 cases of normal pregnancy as control group.The two groups were retrospectively analyzed and compared regarding the pregnancy complications,neonatal complica-tions and mode of delivery.Results:The women with GDM had a higher incidence of hydramnios,premature rupture of fetal membrane,gestational hyper-tension,postpartum hemorrhage and macrosomia,neonatal asphyxia,premature delivery and increased rates of cesarean section and operative vaginal deliv-ery than the control group(P<0.05),yet the two groups were not significant in incidences of vaginal yeast infection,fetal growth restriction and low birth weight(P>0.05).Conclusion:GDM may cause major adverse effects on the mothers and their infants,for which this condition shall be detected in earlier stage and timely treated by extensive screening during pregnancy .
