目的：观察长期氧疗（ LTOT ）联合吸入舒利迭（沙美特罗／氟替卡松，50μg／500μg ）对重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）患者的BODE指数及生活质量的影响。方法：30例重度COPD患者，在治疗病情稳定后（入组时）回顾性分析入组前6个月COPD急性加重的次数，予以LTOT联合吸入舒利迭，观察入组时与治疗6月后患者的PaO2、BODE指数、SAS评分、SDS评分、COPD评估测试量表（ CAT）评分的变化及记录治疗6月COPD急性加重的次数。结果：患者PaO2、BODE指数、SAS评分、SDS评分、CAT评分较治疗前明显改善，COPD急性加重的次数明显减少（P＜0.05）。结论：LTOT联合吸入舒利迭能改善重度COPD患者PaO2、BODE指数、心理状况及生活质量，减少COPD急性加重的次数。
목적：관찰장기양료（ LTOT ）연합흡입서리질（사미특라／불체잡송，50μg／500μg ）대중도만성조새성폐질병（ COPD）환자적BODE지수급생활질량적영향。방법：30례중도COPD환자，재치료병정은정후（입조시）회고성분석입조전6개월COPD급성가중적차수，여이LTOT연합흡입서리질，관찰입조시여치료6월후환자적PaO2、BODE지수、SAS평분、SDS평분、COPD평고측시량표（ CAT）평분적변화급기록치료6월COPD급성가중적차수。결과：환자PaO2、BODE지수、SAS평분、SDS평분、CAT평분교치료전명현개선，COPD급성가중적차수명현감소（P＜0.05）。결론：LTOT연합흡입서리질능개선중도COPD환자PaO2、BODE지수、심리상황급생활질량，감소COPD급성가중적차수。
Objective:To observe the effects of combined long-term oxygen therapy(LTOT) with Seretide inhaler(Salmeterol/fluticasone:50 μg/500 μg) on the indexes of body-mass,airflow obstruction,dyspnea,and exercise(BODE index) and quality of life of patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmo-nary disease( COPD) .Methods:The exacerbation frequencies were retrospectively analyzed in 30 severe COPD patients six months before and after medi-cation with the previous therapy regimen regarding the PaO2,BODE indexes,scoring on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale ( SDS) and COPD Assessment Test( CAT) .Results:The patients were significantly improved in their PaO 2 ,BODE indexes,and scores on SAS,SDS and CAT,and the COPT exacerbation frequencies were significantly decreased after combined medication(P<0.05).Conclusion:LTOT with Seretide inhaler may not only improve the PaO2,BODE indexes,mental health status and quality of life for patients with COPD ,but reduce the exacerbation degree of COPD.
