为降低资源、能源消耗,保护环境,发展循环经济,实现“三废”综合利用,指出尽管我国铁合金产业发展迅速,产能和产量屡创新高,实现了铁合金产业大国的转变,但是铁合金生产工艺技术和装备仍需不断升级进步。提出当前应重点研究电厂粉煤灰生产硅铝铁技术、铬铁冶炼新技术、镍铁生产技术和镍铁水直接冶炼不锈钢技术,以便进一步提升铁合金产业竞争力和可持续发展能力。

Aims at reducing resource and energy consumption, protecting environment, developing the circular economy, realizing overall utilization of three wastes (waste gas, waste water and waste residues), it points out that China ferroalloy industry develops rapidly, the capacity and output refresh record continually, China realizes transformation to a ferroalloy industry giant, but its technological level and equipment still need continual upgrading and progress. It presents that the current key works are to research ferrosilico-aluminium technology produced by coal cinder of power plant, new melting technology for ferrochrome, ferronickel production technology and smelting stainless technology directly by nickel-containing molten iron. So the ferroalloy industry competitiveness and sustainable development can be further enhanced.
