该文构建了由两类平台和三个农户为博弈主体的农户流转土地非合作博弈模型，求解在两类流转服务平台下，农户选择土地流转服务平台的行为特征以及土地流转收益的变化。分析结果表明，政府主导型土地流转平台在规范土地流转市场、保障流转农户利益等方面具有积极的功能与作用，同时，只有混合市场结构才是稳定的土地流转市场。该文提出应提高农户对政府主导型土地流转平台的认知能力和水平，完善政府主导型流转平台的运行机制，引导农户自由流转服务平台健康发展。

By constructing a non-cooperative game model of farmer transfer of land on two types of platforms and three farmers, this paper studies the feature of behavior in choosing land transfer platform and change of land transfer revenue. The findings are the government-led transfer platform plays an active role in regulating the market and safeguarding the benefits of land-transfer farmers; in the meantime, only the mixed market structure is the stable market of land transfer. The paper suggests that we should raise the farmers' cognitive competence and awareness of the government-led land transfer platform, perfect the operating mechanism of this platform and promote a healthy development of farmers' free land transfer platform.
