The discourse system of XPCC(the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps) is a multi-layered discourse system which integrates the innovations of practice, theory and system of reclaming the wasteland and guarding frontiers. The construction of discourse system of XPCC is an important and urgent contemporary topic for the theoretical and academic circles, a theoretical requirement of booming social and philosophy sciences, a must of value in raising the discourse power and ideological attraction of XPCC.
