为了确定受黄安断面同杆N-2故障热稳限制的甘宁断面潮流外送能力,分析了宁夏电网各电源、负荷节点对黄安断面的灵敏度系数,建立了受黄安断面热稳限制和电源装机、负荷容量大小及同时率约束的甘宁断面外送模型,基于MATLAB的线性规划函数编写程序,计算了黄安断面极限功率下甘宁断面外送功率的极值。结果表明:在当前电网结构和负荷水平下,甘宁断面外送能力最大值大于甘宁断面热稳极限,最小值小于热稳极限的一半,且外送能力随中卫地区负荷增长以3倍速度下降。电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)数值仿真计算验证了上述结论的正确性。

In order to ascertain the transmission capability of power tidal current in Gansu-Ningxia section considering the thermal stability limit under N-2 fault on the same transmission tower of Huanghe-Ningan section,the sensitivity coefficient of electrical sources and load nodes of Ningxia power grid for Huanghe-Ningan section are analyzed,the Gansu-Ningxia section delivery model is established based on constraints of the Huanghe-Ningan section heat stability limit,the power plant installation and load capacity and simultaneity factor. Based on linear programming function of MATLAB,the transmission power extremum of Gansu-Ningxia section is calculated under the ultimate power of Huanghe -Ningan section. The result shows that the maximum value of transmission capability of Gansu-Ningxia section is greater than the Gansu Ningxia section heat stability limit,and the minimum value is less than half of the thermal stability limit,and along with the load growth of the Zhongwei area,the power transmission capability fall at a speed of 3 times. The correctness of the above conclusion is verified by the numerical simulation calculation based on power system analysis synthetic program(PSASP).
