高速动车组车外部件吊装结构的可靠性直接影响行车安全。以CRH380B型动车组车下变压器吊装结构为基础,从螺栓强度及安装等方面进行了分析,总结出螺栓选型及强度分析、低温性能、防腐蚀及防松等因素均为动车组关键部位吊装设计的关键点。
高速動車組車外部件弔裝結構的可靠性直接影響行車安全。以CRH380B型動車組車下變壓器弔裝結構為基礎,從螺栓彊度及安裝等方麵進行瞭分析,總結齣螺栓選型及彊度分析、低溫性能、防腐蝕及防鬆等因素均為動車組關鍵部位弔裝設計的關鍵點。

Reliability of mounting structure for high speed EMU influences the safety of running trains.Based on the structure of transformer hoisting for CRH380B EMU,the bolt is analyzed from the strength,installing and so on.It is summarized that there are some key points,such as, bolt selecting,low-temperature performance,anti-corrosion and looseness-proof,etc in the hoist-ing designing of EMU for key parts.
