目的：评估彩色多普勒超声在诊断肝血管瘤中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析69例肝血管瘤患者82个病灶彩色多普勒声像图特征及超声诊断准确率。结果：82个病灶经彩超诊断为肝血管瘤74个，超声诊断符合率为90.24%。病灶高回声型多见（58个）、直径≤3 cm多见（51个）、多位于肝右叶（64个）、多无血流信号（61个）；形态规则多见（56个）。结论：彩色多普勒超声对肝血管瘤的诊断有重要价值。
목적：평고채색다보륵초성재진단간혈관류중적응용개치。방법：회고성분석69례간혈관류환자82개병조채색다보륵성상도특정급초성진단준학솔。결과：82개병조경채초진단위간혈관류74개，초성진단부합솔위90.24%。병조고회성형다견（58개）、직경≤3 cm다견（51개）、다위우간우협（64개）、다무혈류신호（61개）；형태규칙다견（56개）。결론：채색다보륵초성대간혈관류적진단유중요개치。
Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound imaging in diagnosis of hepatic heman-gioma. Method:Retrospective analysis was employed to analyze the features of 82 lesions of color Doppler ultrasound and the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis in 69 cases of liver hemangioma. Result:Among 82 lesions,74 were diagnoses as he-patic hemangioma by color Doppler ultrasound. The ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 90. 24%. Focal hypere-choic was Common(58). Most of the lesion types were 3 cm or less in diameter(51),located in the right lobe of the liver(64),had no blood flow signal(61). Morphological rules were more common(56). Conclusion:There is impor-tant value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.
