目的：探讨胎盘植入的超声声像图特点及超声诊断价值，分析漏诊原因，以提高产前胎盘植入的超声诊断率。方法：对16例经临床确诊为胎盘植入的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果：16例中，其中产前胎盘植入超声诊断胎盘植入7例，诊断符合率为43.8%（7/16）；漏诊9例，漏诊率为56.2%（9/16）。结论：结合胎盘植入的超声特点，彩色多普勒可提高胎盘植入的诊断率。
목적：탐토태반식입적초성성상도특점급초성진단개치，분석루진원인，이제고산전태반식입적초성진단솔。방법：대16례경림상학진위태반식입적성상도진행회고성분석。결과：16례중，기중산전태반식입초성진단태반식입7례，진단부합솔위43.8%（7/16）；루진9례，루진솔위56.2%（9/16）。결론：결합태반식입적초성특점，채색다보륵가제고태반식입적진단솔。
Objective:To study the ultrasonic ultrasonographic characteristics of placenta implantation and the value of ul-trasonic diagnosis. To analyze the causes of missed diagnosis in order to improve the prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis. Meth-ods:Retrospective analysis was performed to 16 cases of placenta implantation that were confirmed by clinic diagnosis. Results:Among the 16 cases of placenta implantation,7 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound;the diagnostic coincidence rate was 43. 8%. There were 9 cases of missed diagnosis,and the misdiagnosed rate was 56. 2%(9/16). Conclusion:The diagnostic coincidence rate of placenta implantation can be improved by color Doppler ultrasound combined with the ultrasound features of placenta implantation.
