胃食管反流性咳嗽为胃食管反流病的一种特殊类型，是慢性咳嗽常见病因之一。胃食管反流性咳嗽的治疗主要包括一般治疗、药物治疗和手术治疗。目前抗反流药物治疗是胃食管反流性咳嗽的主要治疗方法，除抑酸剂、促动力剂外，另有诸多新型药物正得到开发和应用。抗反流手术尚缺少有信服力的前瞻性对照研究，近期和远期疗效还无法确定。文中就胃食管反流性咳嗽的治疗进展作一综述。

Gastroesophageal reflux cough (GERC) is a special type of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and one of the common causes of chronic cough .The therapies of GERC include general treatment , medication and surgery .At present antireflux medicine is the major therapy to GERC .A lot of new kinds of medicine have being developed and applied in addition to antacid and gastric motility improver .The short-term and long-term effects of antireflux surgery have nott been confirmed due to the lack of reliable prospective randomized controlled studies .The advancements on therapy of GERC are reviewed in this paper .
