采用孢子悬浮液喷雾法测定不同绿僵菌( Metarhizium anisopliae)野生菌株对红脉穗螟( Tirathaba rufivena)幼虫的致病能力,旨在获得对该虫具有高致病力的生防菌株,以期为红脉穗螟的生物防治提供新的生物资源。结果表明,G2和G3菌株对红脉穗螟幼虫表现出较高致病力,在1.0×108孢子/mL浓度下,两个菌株对红脉穗螟幼虫的累计校正死亡率分别为86.32%和80.34%,LT50分别为4.77 d、6.18 d;田间试验表明,G2和G3菌株在1.0×1010孢子/mL浓度下,药后7 d可使红脉穗螟的虫口减退率分别达到73.72%和68.71%,表明这两株菌株在红脉穗螟生物防治中是极具有应用潜力的生防真菌。

In order to screen entomopathogenic fungi strains with high virulence against the larva of Ti?rathaba rufivena,the evaluation of the pathogenicity of Metarhizium anisopliae to T.rufivena larvae was conduc?ted using the spore suspension spray method. The results indicated that trains of G2 and G3 had higher viru?lence to T.rufivena larvae,and the cumulative mortality rates were 86.32% and 80.34%,respectively;the me?dian lethal times (LT50) were 4.77 d and 6.18 d at the concentration of 1.0×108 spores·mL-1.The field trial results showed that the pest population declined by 73.72% and 68.71% after treated with G2 and G3 at the concentration of 1.0×108 spores·mL-1 7 d after the treatment.The results suggest that G2 and G3 M.anisopliae strains have potential in biocontrol of T.rufivena.
