利用有棱丝瓜“粤优大肉”和普通丝瓜“株杂二号白丝瓜”高代选系为亲本建立种间杂交F1、F2、B1、B2及部分反交F’2、B’2,对果棱、果把形状、果皮颜色及日开花时间性状的遗传特性进行分析。结果表明:果棱性状为1对主基因控制的质量性状,同时受微效基因控制,有棱为部分显性;丝瓜果皮颜色、果把形状、丝瓜日开花时间均为数量性状,符合加性-显性遗传模型,以加性效应为主,控制性状的最少基因数目分别为2对、1对、3对。广义遗传力及狭义遗传力都非常高,在育种中可以在早期世代对性状进行选择。4个性状都不受细胞质遗传影响。
利用有稜絲瓜“粵優大肉”和普通絲瓜“株雜二號白絲瓜”高代選繫為親本建立種間雜交F1、F2、B1、B2及部分反交F’2、B’2,對果稜、果把形狀、果皮顏色及日開花時間性狀的遺傳特性進行分析。結果錶明:果稜性狀為1對主基因控製的質量性狀,同時受微效基因控製,有稜為部分顯性;絲瓜果皮顏色、果把形狀、絲瓜日開花時間均為數量性狀,符閤加性-顯性遺傳模型,以加性效應為主,控製性狀的最少基因數目分彆為2對、1對、3對。廣義遺傳力及狹義遺傳力都非常高,在育種中可以在早期世代對性狀進行選擇。4箇性狀都不受細胞質遺傳影響。
이용유릉사과“월우대육”화보통사과“주잡이호백사과”고대선계위친본건립충간잡교F1、F2、B1、B2급부분반교F’2、B’2,대과릉、과파형상、과피안색급일개화시간성상적유전특성진행분석。결과표명:과릉성상위1대주기인공제적질량성상,동시수미효기인공제,유릉위부분현성;사과과피안색、과파형상、사과일개화시간균위수량성상,부합가성-현성유전모형,이가성효응위주,공제성상적최소기인수목분별위2대、1대、3대。엄의유전력급협의유전력도비상고,재육충중가이재조기세대대성상진행선택。4개성상도불수세포질유전영향。
The inheritance of three fruit traits ( fruit ridge,carpogodium shape,fruit peel color ) and daily anthesis in Luffa was studied by using interspecific populations derived from Luffa acutangula cv.Yueyoudarou and Luffa cylindrica cv.Zhuzabai No 2.The fruit ridge was partially dominated and controlled by one major gene with other minor genes.The traits of fruit peel color,carpogodium shape and daily anthesis were all quantitative?ly inherited and fit the pattern of additive-dominance mode. The minimum gene numbers for three traits were 2,1 and 3,respectively.The general inheritabilities and narrow inheritabilities of the three traits were all very high,indicating that selection in breeding can be carried out in early generations.There was no cytoplasmic in?heritance in the four trait studied.
